Digital Products

All of our products (guides, journals, kits, and bundles) are digital downloads, delivered by email right after purchase. Because digital products can't be returned once they're accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable.

That said, we want you taken care of. If you have trouble accessing your download, received the wrong file, or were accidentally charged twice, email us at Meredith@serenityandsweettea.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right.

Sweet Tea Society Membership

Sweet Tea Society is a recurring membership, billed either monthly ($13/month) or yearly ($130/year) depending on the plan you choose. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. We don't offer refunds or partial refunds for billing periods already started.

Personal Use Only

Our products are for your personal use. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute them. We'd love it if you point a friend to our site instead!
